Here is a sample of what I take for daily supplements .These are natural sources of vitamins and minerals ,that the body can recognize as well as utilize.The three day cleanse is a wonderful way to start the transition into a more mindful way of life .Its also something that can be done as a once a month cleansing and to help keep you on track.
Cayenne 1tsp.3 times a day start gradually with 1/4 tsp or a pinch in a little cold water and follow with cold water . Add 1/4 of a tsp every three days until you are taking a tsp three times a day .
Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp . of honey 1tbsp. of ACV in warm water sip 3 times a day for a total of 3 tbsp ,the ACV is medicinal and very beneficial .
Kelp 2-3 capsules a day, sprinkle kelp on food if desired .Dulse is similar and some eat the dried leaves out of hand like a snack and is excellent in soup . Kelp helps to build and strenghthen the thyroid take 5-10 for hypothyroid .
Molasses 1 tbsp. 3 times a day if trying to cut down on sugar use molasses instead of honey
Wheat Germ Oil 1 tbsp. 3 times a day.
