FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Please Note: Pigmented skin can be susceptible to hyper-pigmentation. More sessions may be needed.
How many treatments will I need for each spot?
The total number of treatments per body area depends upon the amount of desired fat loss per area. Although immediate results may be noticed, most clients experience an accelerated rate of fat loss following the 4th or 5th treatment on any particular targeted area. Individual results may vary.
What can I expect during treatment?
Our clients relax in a spa-like atmosphere while a technician places the laser paddles on the targeted area for 10 minutes before moving them to an adjacent area for another 10 minutes for complete coverage of the desired target. The laser session is then followed by 10 minutes on our Whole Body Vibration platform.
Does the laser create heat?
No, it is classified as a “Cold Laser” which produces no heat. Any heat experienced during a treatment is actually that produced by the body’s natural metabolic processes.
How quickly will I see results?
Many clients notice results after the first one or two treatments. A standard treatment protocol, however, consists of two or three sessions (20-minute laser treatment + 10-minute vibration platform) per week for 3-4 weeks. Individual results may vary.
What is the laser designed to do?
It is for direct body contact to deliver laser energy for spot fat reduction and inch loss.
Does the fat return?
Not if you continue to follow the prescribed protocols which include drinking the proper amount of water daily, moderate regular exercise and possible minor modifications to your diet. The laser does NOT destroy any fat cells but simply helps to eliminate their contents. Your body requires a certain amount of fat cells to function properly and following the protocols helps to keep them in check. Individual results may vary.
